 2. Le Mystique (Hotel Heritage) :  What to order --- The amuse-bouche: scallop carpaccio with flyfish caviar and black radish, served with a cream cauliflower soup with brassiola ham from Italy; Lobster ravioli with panna cota, popcorn, and truffle broth; Rabbit filet from the low back, cocoa sauce (like "mole"), roasted chestnuts (the best part) and chestnut puree, grilled pineapple, roasted turnip, and raspberry sauce; Panacotta with figs and strawberry sauce; Belgium coffee with chocolates; Macaroons, mini merengues, and jellies. I really liked the macaroons, they were chocolate and mocha flavors :)
